SEARCH IN THE BACKGROUND, THEN TELL IT WHAT'S WRONG

Run a search live, or let Vendora work in the background while you do something else. Every result is real, vetted, and purchasable, with pricing and lead time attached. If something's off (wrong scale, wrong finish, not what the client meant), say so. Vendora narrows in from there instead of starting over.

Vendor library

Your vendor relationships, finally organized.

Reps, trade terms, samples, and the pieces you already love from each vendor, attached to the vendor, not buried in someone's inbox.

  • Rep contacts

Who to call at each vendor, direct line, and notes on how they like to be reached.

  • Trade discounts & terms

Your firm's actual negotiated rates per vendor, on file, so nobody re-quotes from scratch.

  • Saved pieces, by vendor

Everything you've bookmarked from a given vendor, in one place, not scattered across projects.

  • Sample library tracking

Which physical samples and swatches are in-studio, from which vendor, and when they were last refreshed.

  • Customization outreach

A drafted email ready to send about lead time, COM, sizing, or finish changes, reviewed and sent by you, not an autonomous agent.

The information atelier showrooms don't publish.

Real pricing. Real customization options. For firms who've applied.

Built From Instinct

Why we built Vendora

Vendora started with Bridget, whose background spans architecture and luxury residential interior design. Project after project, the work was the same: hunting down new and exciting brands, verifying a product was actually real and available, not discontinued, not a stock photo, and doing it all over again from scratch. A dozen browser tabs open at once. The same InDesign export rebuilt project after project, with no record of what she'd already found.

She brought in Mark, her partner with a background in AI automation, to build the system that could hold all of that knowledge. Together they founded Vendora: the tool they wished existed, one that remembers every vendor, every product, and every client's taste, so no designer has to reopen the same tabs twice.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What exactly does Vendora do?

Vendora turns a brief, a reference image, or a project note into a shortlist of real, purchasable products, then remembers every vendor, price, and preference your firm has ever used, so the next search starts smarter than the last.

Are these real products or AI-generated mockups?

Every result is a real, sourceable product from a real vendor, with current pricing and lead time. We don't generate concept images. If it's on Vendora, you can buy it.

Who owns our firm's sourcing data?

Vendora has two layers of data. The vendor and product catalog is shared across all firms, so everyone benefits from a constantly growing library of real, vetted products. Your firm's own data (taste profiles, project notes, vendor relationships, and sourcing history) stays private to your firm only, never visible to other firms, and yours to export at any time, including if you ever leave Vendora.

What will Vendora cost?

We're finalizing pricing with our founding firms. Applying for early access doesn't commit you to anything, and founding firms will get preferred pricing locked in for as long as they're on Vendora.

Which vendors and catalogs does Vendora cover?

Today, Vendora searches across 34+ vendors and tens of thousands of real products, from recognizable trade names like CB2, Lulu and Georgia, Arteriors, and Phillip Jeffries, to niche luxury ateliers like Pierre Yovanovitch, Achille Salvagni, Tom Dixon, Joris Poggioli, and David Wiseman. We're adding new vendors every week based on what our founding firms are sourcing.

Does Vendora integrate with the tools we already use?

Integrations with Studio Designer and Fohlio are planned, not live yet. If you use either today, tell us when you apply; we're prioritizing integrations based on what our founding firms need most.

How is this different from the AI search already built into our project-management software?

Vendora isn't tied to one catalog or one project. It's built to compound across your whole firm, every designer's searches, every vendor relationship, every client's taste, so it gets smarter the longer you use it, and it exports straight into the presentation tools you already use.

Who is Vendora built for?

High-end interior design studios and ateliers, from boutique firms to established multi-designer practices, who want their firm's sourcing knowledge working as one system instead of scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets.

What happens after I apply?

We review every application personally and respond within 24 hours to schedule an onboarding walkthrough with our founding cohort.

What about ateliers that don't list pricing publicly?

That's exactly where Vendora is most useful. For ateliers and showrooms that don't publish pricing or customization options, we surface that information directly to member firms: real bespoke pricing, what customization is actually possible (COM, finishes, sizing), and current lead times.

Early access

We're onboarding a limited number of firms.

Vendora is in early access. We're working closely with a small group of founding firms to get sourcing memory right before we open up more broadly. Apply below to be considered. There's no cost and no commitment, and founding firms will lock in preferred pricing for as long as they're on Vendora. Founding firms also get something no public catalog can offer: real bespoke pricing and customization details for ateliers that don't publish either.

Prefer to talk it through?

Book a 15-minute walkthrough with Bridget, or apply for early access and we'll respond within 24 hours.
